From our children to our elders, do we know how to fully embrace all these emotions? How can I support them? What unites human beings with themselves and with others? It’s this precious committee of Love that is the body, the mind and the emotions!
So why do we have such a strong feeling of powerlessness when we look at what’s going on in and around us? What do I do with this powerful powerlessness? Very often nothing!
Why should we do this? Do we know how?
Is it natural for the Human Being to suffer so long and so heavily?
The death of the love of my life on 25 December 2021 shattered the walls of my inner prison to reveal how, in concrete terms, the absolute acceptance of the emotional carnage I was experiencing made me ALIVE.
